Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Roxanne Jewellery! 
We offer return within the first 14 days of your purchase, if 14 days have passed since you received your order, you will not be offered a return of any kind.

Eligibility for Returns

 
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.

After you request the return you will receive an email with the approval of the return request and the return label with the instructions.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.


If you are approved, then your refund for the returned item(s) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If the return is not approved for not meeting the requirements that have been mentioned above then customer can request to receive back the item(s) and the shipping costs will be covered by their end.

For defective or damaged orders, items must be returned in the next 3 days after the reception of the order. In order to complete the return of damaged items  we require a photo of the item, a receipt or proof of purchase. You can send this information by completing the contact form or by sending an e-mail to info@roxanne-jewellery.com.
 

Late or missing refunds

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping 

  • The shipping cost for the returns is €3.99 and the price will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable! 
  • Please note, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
